I’m Shana, the owner of InnoVAssistant Solutions. After years of dedicated service to esteemed leaders in various renowned organizations, my life took a shift that forced me to reshape the way I utilize my skills. I launched InnoVAssistant Solutions after speaking with several entrepreneurs who wanted to focus less on the day-to-day duties and more on the growth of their business. Because my zone of genius happens to be administrative in nature, I knew that I could lend my expertise to small business owners.

I fully believe in investing in yourself and your business and am proud to be a graduate of the Bank of America Institute for Women's Entrepreneurship at Cornell University and hold a certification from PMI (Project Management Institute) in Managing Multiple Projects. Inclusivity, acceptance and empathy are part of my ethos and therefore I also hold certifications from Cornell in Diversity & Inclusion and Leadership Essentials.
